Seamus Evans helps organisations build the resilience, adaptability and mental strength that drives lasting performance – drawing on a story that no corporate playbook could produce.
The most successful teams aren’t built on uniformity. They’re built on people who think differently, challenge assumptions and bring perspectives that others miss. Seamus works with leadership teams and HR professionals to unlock that potential – and turn it into measurable results.
The cost of disengaged employees is well-documented. Seamus helps organisations understand what drives disengagement and gives leaders practical tools to bring their people back in.
Equipping individuals and managers with the frameworks to communicate clearly, lead with confidence and get more from the people around them.
Practical strategies for managing stress, maintaining focus and building the kind of mental resilience that keeps your best people performing at their best.
Seamus combines lived experience with commercially relevant content to challenge the way your people think about adversity, performance and potential. His sessions are engaging, professionally delivered and designed to leave audiences with tools they can apply from day one.
What sets Seamus apart is authenticity. He doesn’t deliver a recycled motivational script – he draws on a genuinely extraordinary personal journey to make the kind of points that stay with people long after the event.

Living with non-swearing Tourette Syndrome, Seamus faced significant personal challenges early in life that put him firmly on the back foot. Rather than accept the path others assumed for him, he made a decision to use adversity as an advantage – going on to build a successful career as a breakfast radio personality and sought-after television presenter.
Today he brings those lessons directly to boardrooms, leadership conferences and company-wide events, showing organisations what it looks like to build genuine resilience from the ground up.
"It's my pleasure to give Seamus Evans my highest recommendation as a keynote speaker. He delivers valuable information and analysis in an inspiring and entertaining manner."
Eddie - Head of Sport SLS
Seamus Evans delivered a powerful and personal presentation, generously sharing his lived experience of managing Tourette’s in his day to day life and throughout his career. He talked about how accepting his condition allowed him to focus on what we can control, and strive for incremental gains which was both practical and inspiring. The staff found Seamus Evans’ session both engaging and interactive, particularly enjoying his use of activities like standing in power poses to bring his messages to life. They walked away with tangible tools to build resilience and a renewed confidence to make intentional choices for personal growth. It was a thought‑provoking session that will stay with many of us well beyond the day.
